PÉREZ FERRER ABOGADOS, SC, (onwards “PFA”), located in Montes Urales 430, Col. Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, 11000, Mexico City, makes this privacy notice available to you (the “Privacy Notice”), in accordance with the provisions of “Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares”, its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (the” Law“), to publicize the terms and conditions for the treatment of personal data that from time to time may be collected.

II.     Personal Data. Purpose and Treatment..

  1. (II.1) Purpose. The personal information to which PFA has access will be used, as it may apply, to; (i) provide the legal services requested; (ii) contact you; (iii) update your profile in the PFA database; (iv) comply with the purpose of the relationship that has given rise to the processing of personal data, among others; and(II.2) Personal Data. PFA may require the following personal information; (i) identification data; (ii) academic background; (iii) employment data; (iv) billing information; and (v) financial data (the “Personal Data”).

III.      Security Measures.

To prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Data and in order to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, PFA has established physical, electronic and administrative procedures that limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data, allowing us to treat them properly. Likewise, you can have the certainty and confidence that your Personal Data will be treated exclusively by those authorized persons who require knowledge of them.

IV.      ARCO rights.

If you have any questions or concerns about how PFA treats your Personal Data or if you wish to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of Personal Data (the “ARCO Rights”), you can contact us by sending an email to contact@pfabogados.com or by calling +52 (55) 5207 8410 ext. 2007. The manager will acknowledge receipt of your request on the same day it was received. Your request will be analyzed in accordance with the Law and the corresponding answer will be given no later than 5 (five) business days after the day it was received, to the email address used to carry out the request or the one provided.

V.      Modification of the Privacy Notice..

PFA reserves the right to modify and / or update the terms of this Privacy Notice in order to implement improvements and / or new security measures.

Any modification to it will be published on the website www.pfabogados.com. The modified Privacy Notice will take effect on the 10 (ten) business days following its publication on the aforementioned page.
